Hi
I am having difficulty understanding what you mean by starchy carbs in your book. From my knowledge, a starch is a complex carb, like brown rice, white rice, pasta, bread, oatmeal, granola, potato, etc. I currently eat granola(breakfast 86g carb, 14g are sugar), brown rice(lunch 45g carb,1g), and bread (made with ingredients I can read!!! breakfast instead of granola, 21g slice, 1g, usually eat two) I just eat meat, veggies, and fruit for dinner. Is this what you mean by starchy carbs? Would you be so kinda as to list a few others? What is a nonstarchy fruit and vegetable? Also, I know males are to take ZMA (zinc and magnesium), but do you also suggest we take the RDA of calcium, too? The carbs always confuse me. But it looks like I am closest to 'night' on pages 84-85 in the paperback edition(I tried my best to give as little away about the book as possible). I have already written in it what I have found for the male version. First book I have written in ever. I am really tempted to just post two general days out of my diet. Male, 24 |

Starchy carbs are things like bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, bananas, etc. Non-starchy carbs are vegetables (besides beans and potatoes) and fruits (besides bananas).
