Hi Zane -

I've caught a few of you're posts in the Arenos forum from time to time, and have come to appreciate the research and insights you've provided. I've recently discovered the Zone fish-oil, and it seems that the pharmaceutical grade oil is far superior than the over the counter Omega-3 oil you typically find in stores. The liquid is very expensive, and I was wondering if you had a list of other companies that you could recommend? I use the Arenos prostate stimulator, but to date, haven’t achieved the Super-O that’s described by others. I’m wondering if your diet will provide me with the needed push to get me over the edge. Question, I just ordered your book, but I was wondering – for men, does the diet serve to increase prostate sensitivity, or is it something else? Sorry for all the questions. I think I’m just horny….lol.

I didn't write about men in the book, under strict orders from my editor! Smiler With men it generally increases libido and genital and prostate sensitivity (which is why men who already have premature ejaculation should not go on the diet).

GNC and Carlsons carry cheaper brands, but not much cheaper. It's an expensive thing to do. Sometimes Costco has good deals on ultrarefined fish oil.

Increased prostate sensitivity is perfect - just what I'm looking for - - - and thank you. You mentioned that your book is written for women, but you reference your research to men all the time. Are you planning on an Orgasm Diet book for men? Men and women are obviously wired differently, but it seems like you may have your hand on the pulse of what can increase the opportunities for multi-orgasmic males. I'm looking forward to reading your book with great interest.

I was thinking about writing another book, but it's been so very difficult being in the public eye promoting this one. I'm asked my expert opinion on things and reporters are interested in my science, but I am known now by anyone who has done their research as "Spontaneous Orgasm Woman," and how it's broken up my marriage and so forth.

Besides, really the diet is the same for men and women, men just don't take the iron and use the Aneros instead of the Gyneflex. So why go to the bother? But by all means, if you benefit from the diet, tell men to buy my book! Big Grin

I note a bit of frustration from your run-ins with the media. I guess that's the price of fame. Personally, I think you'd benefit from a spruced up website, with more visuals. You can market your work more effectively, and perhaps create booklets and other items to sell. I agree that the amount of writing you do on this site is likely to equal the time and effort that would go into another book. It's just me, but I'd like to hear more about your personal experiences, etc. I guess I'll get all that when your book arrives.

Oh, the writing of the book was the least of the work! It was the rewriting that took all the work, and the publicity. I've been posting online about my diet extensively for five years now, so that part comes very easy to me. Going on television, on the other hand! Smiler Although everyone at the Rachael Ray show and FOX news NY were very nice.

I'm doing this website on my own, with the HTML and the monthly fee, and it's not really to promote my book, but to answer people's questions about the book and to get feedback. It's the positive feedback from women that I get here, on other messageboards and in e-mails that keeps me going. My main motivation is to evangelize rather than make money, although money is always nice! But I have no interest in selling information online. If people want the full details of the diet, the paperback coming out in a few months is only $11 and you can get it off of amazon easily enough.

They've given me fancy visuals over at the AOL Coaches, and that links directly to this messageboard, so perhaps that will help.

I have to admit, as a curious male, I'm fascinated by your multiple orgasmic escapades, lol. Reading your description of men either consciously or unconscious attracted to you sexually - - - I mean for a guy, it’s a good read. It’s almost like reading from an erotic novel or one of those free websites like literotic.com. On the other hand, this may not be the kind of attention you’re looking to cultivate. Would you say you have a voracious sexual appetite, or just average?

From your descriptions, you can have an orgasm as will. In the car, commuting to and from work, how do you get anything done, and with two kids? I mean kids are demanding? I guess like anything else, there’s a time and a place for this type of physical outlet, or you have the discipline of a yogi.

Hopefully you book will arrive soon.

Just caught your AOL site - - Nice. I'm a marketing guy, so I'm always looking for more bells and whisles. The AOL site apparently serves you and that's what counts.

Yes, because of that and having to be so public I have put on a lot of weight as a deterrent.

I am a programmer so I have down times at work while my code is running, and I also have a long commute. I am spontaneously orgasmic just from flexing and am very good at hiding when I am having an orgasm. With a dildo and a fast stroke I can have an orgasm in a few seconds
and just keep going, so it doesn't take long to rack up my daily forty, or whatever.

Of course I have a voracious sexual appetite. My diet improves both orgasmic ability and libido, and I've been on an extreme version of the diet for nine years.

Geez Zane - forty orgasms. That would melt most guys. There must be a book in there on that experience alone. I would imagine your state of awareness is enhanced and altered during those episodes. I remember one of your posts where you describe a reference some clinician gave you, that there are other's with your abilities. I wonder if on some kind of evolutionary scale this is the state women can eventually move into. The diet is just the first step. I think you have more to express.

I'm nothing special. There are lots of guys over on the Aneros board who can have forty orgasms, and women who go on my diet and do the whole thing including the PC muscle exercises often develop a similar ability.

I think if a woman does have forty or fifty orgasms every day for several years, it will change her automatically, sort of triggering a tantric puberty. So really there is nothing more for me to say--women have to experience it themselves.

I've fulfilled my responsibility for having this ability; I've told women about it as best I can. Now I can just enjoy it for what it is and go back to my quiet life. Although I would like to get a study done.

Quiet life? I think as more women get in touch with their bodies through your diet advice, you could be in demand more than you think. Heck you might even remarry one of those Hollywood types and move to LA and make a movie. Don't laugh, stranger things have happened.

Best case scenario for me would be for someone who is comfortable being onstage and famous championing the diet, whether my particular book is featured or not. It's just basic science, it's simply that no one put the pieces together until now. When I explain it to experts in the field, the science behind it, they are immediately sold.

Oh, that's interesting. You'd rather watch the fruits of your labor promoted successfully by another. I guess you don't crave the spotlight, like say, Dr. Ruth. I think that sex and having an orgasm are on the minds of many healthy Americans, perhaps more on an unconscious level because of the health benefits. Also, because of the Judeo/Christian religious undercurrent (repression) in this country a number of women will have to hear about your work by word of mouth or stumble onto a reference somewhere. The more your out there promoting what every women should have access too – the greater your audience. There is also something deeply spiritual about what you’ve discovered. Connecting with the blissful state that occurs with certain types of orgasms seems to transcend normal conscious awareness. Accessing these states may serve as an evolutionary process. Wow, that’s a bit heavy, but the point is that the orgasms you describe appear to tap into multiple (or higher) levels of consciousness. Do you describe your awareness during your orgasms in the book?

I've been experimenting with various Aneros products with limited success, but have recently improved the sensations dramatically with the Zone diet, (which for me is increasing fruits and vegetables and removing wheat and a number of carbs.) Dr. Sear’s newest book on Pharmaceutical grade fish oil fascinated me. I’ve been on the product about two weeks and have gained some levels of mental clarity. I just turned 50 so I can use all the cognitive ability that I can get. What I’d really like is to experience a Super-O that men are describing on the Aneros website. I happened to catch a post of yours (Zaneblue) on the Aneros site promoting fish oil – so now I’m completely jazzed to see how it might work. You mentioned increased sensation (something I’ve lacked in my prostate), so these changes should do the trick. Fingers crossed.

The Zone Diet is basically the food part of my diet. The only changes are that soy must be avoided, along with transfats and polyunsaturated vegetable oil. I encourage the use of monounsaturated vegetable oil and saturated fats. And of course I add the chocolate!

I do recommend more fish oil than he does in his book.

As for publicity, I would rather that as women, particularly women already in the public eye, try my diet and benefit, that they tell other women. An impartial testimonial is always going to be more convincing than a book author. I do not have ownership of these concepts, in fact four women have written to me over the years saying they discovered the same diet independently, with the same results. I am only unique in figuring out the underlying science, and making a big noise to tell women about it.

I wrote a little about my tantric experiences in the book, in case women starting experiencing the same thing, I didn't want them to be alarmed, and I wanted to guide them to resources where they could learn more about these sorts of things, like Margo Anand's books. But I didn't want to scare newbies off with bizarre tales of higher consciousness.
