What's the right way to do these. I can flex the muscle easily, but what type of contraction should one go for? Fast, or try to contract as hard as possible without regard to length of each contraction. Or maybe a contraction every second flexed as hard as possible? And how many repetitions? Or should I just do it whenever I have a free moment?
Is it possible for men through this practice to eventually have spontaneous orgasms(hopefully non-ejaculatory)?
Yes darsemnos, it is possible to have spontaneous 'hands free' orgasms as a guy simply by flexing your pc muscles. I have had these and they are nice, but for me currently they don't come that easily. So far I prefer the added stimulation and orgasmic results with the Aneros since it also directly stimulates the perineum and prostate. Actually the Progasm model also stimulates an additional pressure point opposite side of the anal opening than the perineum. I haven't personally tried the Progasm yet (I look forward to it), but I have manually placed a finger or other object on this pressure point while using the Helix and MGX and it is a wonderful addition. It tends to make you feel very small orgasms in the buttocks and spinal cord.
Marrena, have you experimented with this accupressure spot? I think you might enjoy it.
Darsemnos, for practicing kegels for guys related to orgasms I recommend only mild to moderate pressure held for 10 to 60 seconds or so. Just experiment and see what feels good. Try not to overpressure the arteries and veins down there - that would do you no good. I can tell when I am doing well as I typically will start to feel a very mild 'pulse' sensation around my prostate and general area, when things down there are getting excited.

Where is this? how do I get at it? when is it best used? foreplay? during intercourse? right as she's about to orgasm?
Inquiring minds want to know!
Oh!!- as far as the kegels and orgasm- is this a different pressure than used when trying to strengthen the PC? should I strengthen my PC then try and use it for this?
During foreplay. It's on the tailbone, below the small of the back.
I've heard conflicting views on developing the PC muscles for men. Some say it leads to better control, others say less control. Strong PC muscles should give stronger orgasms. I will say outside of my range of expertise!
