One product that I've not seen mentioned here is Sam's Member's Mark brand. This is available as 1200 mg with 410 mg EPA per capsule and 274 mg DHA. This is one of the higher contents that I've found. I take 2 of these per day and I'm supplementing with 2/day GNC 250 mg DHA.

Does this seem reasonable?

Has anyone heard of Lindberg Nutrition? They have a super concentrated fish oil at a price better than GNC's triple strength product. Here is a link to there page:

I am really liking the Res-Q 1250 fish oil. Not sure if anyone else here has tried it yet, but it's a pretty good product and has approximately 1.5/1 ratio of EPA to DHA as suggested in the book. Lindberg's ultra concentrated has a ratio of 2 to 1 so you would have to take an additional DHA supplement. Res-Q 1250 is $39.50 (free shipping) for 200 capsules, and if you buy 3 bottles they're $33.30 each. I've found it to be a really great deal!

BioCare is the one I use - just as pure as Minami and stronger.

It's 750mg of DHA per 5ml teaspoon.

It's £18.99 for a 230 bottle so it's not bad compared to some.

I don't see any list of products lower than 5 stars though. Notice that Omega Rx is on there and also notice that LEF (Life Extension Foundation) is on there as well.

Hmm, I can't find Minami Fish-oil, MorEPA and MorDHA in that 5-star list! Does anyone have any idea why?
