Hello,
I'm currently looking in stores for the Calcium/Mag/Zinc. How much should be the amount of zinc in the pill? I can find many bottles with Cal & Mag, just not including the zinc. I'd rather buy in store than online. Thoughts? Thank you.

That's odd. Here in Boston, calcium/magnesium/zinc pills with RDA of each are available at any drugstore. Where are you located?

I'm located in Toronto, Canada. I've found one brand so far, but it has a low dose of zinc compared to Cal & Mag.

The RDA of zinc is very low compared to the RDA of calcium and magnesium. What are the amounts listed?
