I have a question, I don't want to take calcium with my magnesium + zinc(for digestive reasons), so I'm going to take a magnesium pill, and I was thinking maybe take a Cold-eese lozenge which contains zinc. Each lozenge has 13.3 mg zinc, I'm wondering since it is a lot (since I'm also taking a multivitamin which has 100% zinc), would it be ok to take every other day? Or should I just find a different zinc supp? By the way I'm 5'2 and 112lbs so I probably should not take too much.
