I have just bought your book and I'm keen to get started on the diet but I'm a bit confused about a few things: 1) In the chapter about fish oil you mention some dosage examples of woment with a particular height and weight. As I'm European I measure height in centimeters and weight in kilos. How much fish oil should I take when I'm 158cm heigh and weight 58kg? 2) Most of the fish oil I have looked at contains far less DHA than EPA so I would either have to underdose on one and overdose on the other. how do I overcome that problem? |

58 kg is almost exactly 130 pounds, so use the dosages for a woman weighing 130 pounds.
You can get products that are mostly DHA, like Minami MorDHA or Carlson's Super-DHA |
