Yep, I got the book also. -single mom, 40, entrepeneur, just back in the dating game- Last night I could not stop reading and felt (already) all excited just by the thought of beeing able to work with it. Perfect timing also since my children are with their father for a week. I have the time, in between work, to read the book and get started! Celebrating me! In between meetings I bought the fishoil (was hence late for a meeting and was blushing rushing in) the dark chocolate and this evening I bought the two versions of the Gyneflex online. I am going for it!!! Thanks for having the courage to go out there with this message.

Hi Marrena,
a quick update. It's been a week since I am on the diet. I started feeling a tingling sensation down there every now and again, whilst driving in my car, whilst walking. My orgasmes are intensifying already. And today....I ejaculated for the very first time (without an orgasme) I can still not believe it. It smelled really sweet with a slight smell of fishoil !
It happened after I mastrubated after my very first gyneflex exercises.

I have a question on the dosage of fishoil. I am 5.9 and weigh 141 pounds. I take 7 x 300 epa/200dha. Unfortunately it also contains 100 mg of vitamin e per capsule. I am going to look for fishoil without the vitamin E, but here at my end of the world it is hard to find. What is your opinion on the dosage?
I love my brown bread and I have still 1 slice a day. But for the rest I've been pretty good about the diet. Big Grin

I am looking forward to the few weeks! And it is wonderfull to be able to share with you.

I'm so pleased for you! Truly it is feedback from women like you that keeps me going with this, thank you.

Vaginal orgasms feel different than clitoral orgasms. At the beginning, at least, they are rather small. I'm pretty sure if you ejaculated with the Gyneflex that you had one, if it felt like the release of a tension, with involuntary contractions afterwards. I tell women vaginal orgasms feel like a shiver the way clitoral orgasms feel like a sneeze.

As your muscles get stronger, you should see a dramatic change in the intensity of the sensation of vaginal orgasms and they will be unmistakably orgasms.

Your dosage is just fine, although I also worry about the Vitamin E.

Don't worry about carbs too much! And keep me posted on how it goes, not only does it encourage me to keep getting out there, it encourages other women to try the diet.

Zane, I think the carbs thing depends on where your problem comes from- for me, cutting out virtually all carbs and eating lots of protein for a week made a hell of a difference! The fish oil however, had zero affect on me- probably because I think my serotonin and dopamine levels are fine anyway.

Before I went away from my boyfriend for amonth I had the most pleasurabe sex EVER. If I could, I would have screamed the house down like someone in a movie!!!!! I was quite happy not to touch my clit at all but did anyway becuase we were both tired and needed our sleep. The sensation of him was more amazing than ever before- I could really 'feel' him, you know? I didn't really matter as much about the different angles and all that- it was like anything felt good!

Anyway, I went away for a month, during which I started eating carbs again- bread every day, pasta a few times a week, cakes ect....and guess what? The last time I saw my boyfriend after that month long, carb-eating break there was a BIG difference!!! Frowner I hardly felt him there compared to how it was before I went away, and it took double the time to make me reach orgasm, with much concentration, and a lot of effort on his part and mine. I just couldn't believe how bad the sensation was! I thought this wouldn't be so considering how well I'd been doing on my vaginal weight-lifting! I was so bad it almost was like what I felt when I started your diet- which isn't good! It had spurred me into taking magnesium with the zinc for double affect.

That's why I say over and over in the book that every woman is different! It's best to learn your own body; my advice is just general guidelines.

It's been two and a half weeks since I have been on the diet. What has changed? A lot! It definitely works for me. I found a premium brand fishoil that does not contain vitamin E. Expensive, but I would not want to lose these feelings that make me feel great! I feel very sexy. The only thing is that I am single at the moment.. Wink What surprises me is that mastrubating (clitorial stimulation) does not give me enough satisfaction, only if I ejaculate I feel better (still without an orgasm for as far as I can tell). The PC muscle excersises are also going well. I'm up to number four. I am still astounded by how I feel, a total change and I am really happy with it.
For anyone out there that is still debating on the diet I would say. Get the book and give it try.. It seems to work for most women so why not for you?

Wow! I honestly think you are orgasming with the ejaculating thing--at the beginning vaginal orgasms don't feel like much, but the intensity grows over time. Particularly with you feeling sexually dissatisfied before ejaculating and then feeling content afterwards, I think as your muscle tone grows you will find they become full-fledged orgasms.

I know what you mean about the feeling sexy thing! I feel the same way, even though I certainly am not what you would call conventionally attractive. You may find this attitude alone will attract a lot of men. Men really do pick up on it.

I'm glad you found a different fish oil. Taking Vitamin E along with fish oil is good, but I was worried you might be taking too much Vitamin E with the fish oil dosages I recommend.

I feel sexy! Hehe!

Just a question- with the whole fluid gland thing. Does a woman have to have exeptional muscle tone for the glands to produce fluid? Say in a woman that is not vaginally orgasmic- if she his her G-spot often enough would her bladder still fill up with fluid, only she wouldn't be strong enough to ejaculate it?

And is tesosterone vital for female ejacualtion, or is good dopamine levels like mine enough?

I honestly don't know. Oftentimes women who have G-spot orgasms without ejaculation feel like they have to pee, so I would assume the fluid is generated.

It is going G R E A T! I had two vaginal orgasmes with slight clitoral stimulation.For the first time in my life! The gyneflex excersises really make a difference. I am so discovering my femininity, and I love it! I have never felt so sexual and it feels really relaxed and okay. It has a very positve impact on my life.

Hi Marrena,
Is it bad to mix two brands of fish oil to get to the recommended doses? The real pure one (Solgar) for 120 pills cost me about 105 dollars and they last me about 17 days. Now the other brand I used was good and way cheaper, but contained vitamin E. So I thought that if I took the 'cheaper' brand untill the max of vitamin E and use for the rest the Solgar brand.
I know Solgar is much cheaper in the US, and I tried to order it to Europe through Amazon.com but unfortunately there is a policy against shipping it from the US to Europe.

Or any other suggestions?

Sounds good to me! I usually mix Carlson's and OmegaRx myself--just keep an eye on that Vitamin E dosage.
