Hello,

Do you think it's possible that the DHA would be causing sleeplessness?

I've been taking the fish oil for about 6 months (with great success I'll add!) but recently added the extra DHA. It's the only thing I can think of that is different. I haven't slept well in about a month. I'm exhausted and don't know what to do about it. I'll probably stop the DHA for a few days to see if it helps but thought I'd check in here first to see if anyone else has had an issue.

Thank you!

Usually the fish oil improves relaxation. Unless it's unsatisfied desire?

Insomnia is one of many symptoms women can experience during peri-menopause, so keep that in mind if you fall in that category.

Also, if you can rule out caffeine and stimulants as a cause, you might try some deep breathing exercises to help you sleep. I generally sleep better on days I do Oxycise (www.oxycise.com).

Also you can make sure to take your calcium/magnesium/zinc at dinner--that helps with sleeping.
