Interesting. I'm familiar with most herbals for women--and they aren't good. Usually they contain male herbals, which don't help women at all, or they contain fifteen different herbs at doses too small to make a difference or they contain damiana and valerian, which should NOT be taken on a daily basis as both can cause drowsiness.
Those are some unusual ones, besides the maca. So I'm not sure. Don't know enough about it.
On the other hand, maca does boost testosterone. That should theoretically help women's libido, but the danger is that it might boost it too far. Women have to be careful to not have too high levels of testosterone--that's less of a danger for men. I'd have a doctor check your hormonal levels while you are taking that stuff.
