Marrena,
I have recently purchased your book and I have started on the road to what i'm hoping is Bliss. =) But my question is regarding drinking caffine. The book says to avoid it in all forms. Am I safely assuming that caffine free tea is okay to drink as is de-caffinated coffee? Might sound like a stupid question, but I want to make sure i'm doing this right. Thanks |

There is some caffeine in decaffeinated coffee, but not much, so you should be fine. To be on the safe side, don't drink it after lunch.
Decaffeinated tea has hardly any caffeine, I believe, and herbal teas that don't contain tea don't have any caffeine. Watch out for soda though. Lots of sodas have caffeine. |
