I am taking the Carlson Super-DHA 500mg at night (with dinner) along with my usual FO capsule and three nights ago I neglected to take it.
I didn't sleep well that night, mostly did that twilight doze. The following night was the same: No DHA, twilight doze. Last night I remembered the DHA and slept fairly well waking up once with the need to caress my man. It wasn't a sexual need (drat!), just a need to feel him and be close to him at that moment. Is this related? Has anyone else taking the extra DHA in the evenings noticed a distinct lack of sleep after missing their usual dose? Or is this just being me- strange, and one of the "rare and unusual side effects" curse? Huntng4Os |

Actually I think it might be missing the calcium/magnesium/zinc that might be contributing.

Hi Marrena!
I usually take the Mag/Zinc in the AM & afternoon, and at night the last calcium, FO, and DHA. I'd taken the calcium & FO, just not the DHA dose. Huntng4Os |
