Hi,
Congratulations on such success with your book - I saw you on Rachel Ray and I know things must really be taking off for you. I bought a copy of it myself after watching the show, and I've started your diet, only 5 days in, I already feel like I have more energy. As a 21 year old I have always thought it odd that I have little to no libido, though I have an amazingly attractive muscular boyfriend who I love very much. I'm really hoping that this is going to make a big difference in my life. I just wanted to check that taking cranberry extract wont interfer with anything? I suffer from those wonderful bladder infections which plague the lives of many women. When ever I feel there is a possibility of an infection I dose myself up to the hilt with cranberry. Is there any posibility this may have any side effects? I suspect that the extra antioxidents are only a good thing, but I don't want to risk it. Many thanks! Elle Oh yes - and I'm keeping a food and exercise journal to track my progress! It's exciting! |

No, cranberry tablets should have no effect on the diet.
Let me know how it goes! |
