I'm new to the message board and the diet and excited about the possibilities. I'm wondering about the right gyneflex strength for me. I am 25, no kids, no surgeries except I notice that I leak a little pee sometimes during the day. I want to make sure I get the right strength before I spend the money.
Hmm, usually that would indicate the lowest strength, although with you being so young and not having kids I would start off with the pink level. If the pink level is too hard, you can always also get the white, because you will want to get up to the pink level anyhow.
