You are not following my diet. Complete instructions are in my book, The Orgasmic Diet, including EPA and DHA dosages by weight. You are taking enough fish oil to improve your mood, as you have noticed, but not enough to affect libido. Also, usually to get the RDA of calcium/magnesium/zinc you need to take three pills a day--check your label.

I made a mistake with that post. This is why I dislike giving dosage recommendations on this website.
I looked up GNC triple-strength fish oil up online and looked at the label, as opposed to the many other GNC brands that are less concentrated. Sure enough, it is triple concentrated, 647 mg of EPA and 253 mg of DHA in one capsule.
I would tweak it a bit and take only three of those a day and then one of the Carlson's Super-DHA. That will bring your DHA up to where I recommend. Try that for a month, that should help. Also take the full RDA of calcium/magnesium/zinc.
