Hi Marrena,
Sorry to ask another fish oil question. I was taking GNC ulta fish oil but they changed it. I had to buy the triple strength fish oil instead. My old dose was 1300 mg of EPA and 980 DHA(that includes the carlson super-DHA) My new dose is 1394 mg of EPA and 1006 mg DHA(also with the carlson). Is this amount okay? I'm 5'2" and weight 110. Thanks!
