Dear all,
I thought some of you may like to know of what I think may a be a reasonable source of fish oil available in the UK. I have not yet tried them, but I am ordering some. At present I take Minami brand but they are really so very expensive.

They have several varieties but I am talking about their Super Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mg containg 330mg EPA and 220mg DHA which I believe conforms to Marrena's suggestions regarding strength. The brand does not mention anything about refining, but I imagine this must be pharmaceutical grade oil at that strength. 180 x 1000mg caps £12.99

Yes, if the serving size is one capsule that is refined enough. Thank you for the information! Obviously I don't have access to UK brands and prices.
