Hi. My name is Tanya. I wanted to introduce myself and ask a question. I am 23, I have 2 kids and have been with my BF for 4.5 years. I enjoy sex and have orgasms with not too much difficulty. But anymore, I feel like if it were up to me and my BF's feelings didn't matter, we would probably never have sex. I really hate feeling like this so I thought I would give this diet another try. I tried it for a little while few months ago and I thought I noticed a bit of improvement but I dont think I tried it for very long and then just got sick of taking all the pills so I want to give it a shot for a few months this time. I have ordered your book on Amazon but it hasn't arrived yet so I hope I don't ask a question that was answered in the book, I am just eager to start! I intended to use the Zone Labs Omega Rx that you mentioned on the other message boards to make sure I do it correctly from the beginning. But I found the Carlson Omega-3's on Amazon for much cheaper, and I know you say to use the DHA from them, so I am hoping the Omega-3 is a quality product too? Should I buy those or is there another brand that is good and is cheaper? Thanks!

Just follow my recommendations for EPA and DHA for your weight. You should get a brand with EPA + DHA > 500 mg per one one-gram capsule. Anything less refined will probably upset your digestion.
Unless you are pregnant or nursing or have a very sensitive digestive system, you can probably get away with a cheaper brand. |
