Hello Everyone,

I really don't like to read much, but I'm really excited to read this book.

Until I get my book, can you tell me what vitamins and fish oils, I should start taking and how much of it.

Not sure if it depends on how much I weigh. I'm 5'7", 167 pounds and 33 years old. I had a baby a year ago and I'm finished having children and it is now time to work on ME! Inside and out!

Please let me know as I'm eager to get started.

I recommend women start off slow taking the fish oil, so they don't have the side effects like the women on the show (whom I pushed to take it fast because I only had three weeks). The first week, just take take two capsules a day, with meals, one in the morning and one at night. Slowly work your way up to the full dose for your weight over time. If you take too much fish oil at once you can get nausea and fishy burps. Also it helps to have a good quality fish oil.
