I was wondering if you can gives us some advice on selecting a good multi vitamin in terms of brand names. Money is not a concern for me. I just want to take a good multi vitamin pill that has high absorbancy and works great with fish oil.

I really don't know enough about the different vitamin brands to give an expert opinion on that. For fish oil, you want to make sure your vitamin has a good amount of antioxidants.

I take Nature Made liquid softgel multi for her. I heard about this product while listening to Jillian Michaels (from the biggest loser). She recommended this brand and I have to say that after trying a ton of different types of vitamins, so do I. I felt better immediately once I switched to this brand (and this was pre-fish oil) I will never use anything else.

I paid around 6.99 for 60 softgels and you only need to take one a day.
