Hi everyone

I've found a high potency fish oil in my local chemist that's much cheaper than some others. It's made by Health Aid and costs £5.99 for 30 capsules. Each capsule contains 425mg EPA and 325mg DHA, which is the exact ratio Marrena recommends (other brands I've found have different ratios which makes it difficult to get the right proportions). With this brand I only need to take 4 capsules a day, which is really good. It's also saving me about £20 a month, compared to the Minami capsules I ordered from the internet (which I'm sure are better quality but I think the cheaper ones will do for me).

I don't know if you can get these worldwide, but I'd certainly recommend them if you live in the UK.

They have just increased the strength and also the price slightly, each capsule has EPA360mg + DHA240mg price- 240 caps for £20 free p&p.

I take 6 a day and my wife 5 a day with no fishy burps or taste at all.

Hiya. The Healthaid omega 3 is on Buy one get one free at www.pointpharmacy.com at the moment, so 2x 60 capsules for £12.94 including delivery. Was struggling to decide if I could afford to start this, but at that price I'll have a good try!

Have you looked at the Holland and Barrett site? They have a sale on, I think their Super EPA might be even cheaper!
