In the drugstore I was so happy to find a brand that had high levels of EPA and DHA that I bought it. (The Dutch RDA for Fish oil is 450mg. Most often the EPA% and DHA% is under 20% of that. And most brands spread the 450mg over two pills. I mean- seriously I would have to eat a jar a day! )

This brand (PK Benelux pharma care, Lucovitaal Super Vis Olie Omega 3-6 EPA/DHA/GLA) contains per 1 capsule:

300 EPA
200 DHA
18 GLA ( )

So I (66 Kilograms) need about 6 capsules a day. (Costs; €0,997 = $1,50 a day)

BUT, yesterday I red again about Omega 6 and how we have plenty of that already, and how it interferes with the omega 3. Should I quit using these capsules?

If it's only 18 mg, no problem.

Well, thats the GLA not the Omega 6 fatty acids, which I stupidly forgot to mention, sorry! In every capsule is 160 mg of Omega 6 fatty acids. So every day that would be times 6;

108 GLA

Its from evening primrose oil by the way. Still no red light?

Oh, you confused me because GLA actually is an omega-6 fatty acid.

I hate to see you throw your money away. Why not finish the bottle while you are ramping up anyhow?

To build op the dose and while I'm taking (my last) Yasmin pills it couldn't hurt. I just have to wait a little longer for result. Minami morEPA&DHA were 25% off in Dutch internetshop. On there way to me now
