From my canola oil spray to meatballs (meatballs i bought in order to incorporate more protein into my diet--FOR this diet). So how much soy is too much? Can these little daily soy ingredients add up to sabotage my diet?
It really is in lots of things! For example the bread I get has soy fiber in it. Do you think I should get different bread? The problem is I think most breads have soy fiber or soybean oil in it Also protein bars, do you know of any that don't have soy in them?
