I am a very sexual person with a very high libido. My libido is even higher than my boyfriend's! I enjoy sex very much. I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years and but have never had an orgasm. I have never had an orgasm in general (clitoral or vaginal).
I eat fish and shellfish but do not eat beef, pork, or poultry simply because I don't like the taste. I never drink caffeine (it gives me a headache). I am on hormonal birth control and I know it can affect your libido (but not in my case) but can it affect ability to orgasm? I ordered the book and will be getting it sometime this week. My book has a chapter specifically for women who have never had an orgasm. If you have high libido, often it is a technique issue rather than a physical issue, although low blood pressure can contribute.
Also, I often check with non-meat-eaters if they eat a lot of soy like tofu. Tofu and other soy products can interfere with a woman's sexual function. |

Thank you so much for your response. My blood pressure is generally around 118/76... sometimes its a little lower but usually not higher. I never eat tofu, but I know soy is in a lot of products.
I can't wait to get the book. Thank you so much for your response and for everything you have done. Again... I will definitely give the diet a try!! |
