I've been on the fish oil and diet for about 7 weeks and have noticed an improvement, though only slight. I'm enjoying sex more but it's not mind blowing, and I don't have a huge increase in libido, though I do look forward to sex a bit more.

I was wondering what other people's experiences have been in terms of doing the diet over a long period of time. Did anyone else have a slow start and found things continued to improve over time? I know Marrena says we should notice a difference in about 4 weeks, and if we don't then it's probably not working. I have noticed a difference but not a huge one, and I'm wondering if this is as good as it will get, or if things are likely to continue improving.

Also, I got the Gyneflex 2 days ago and plan to try and use it at least every other day. If anyone else has tried it, did you find it made a big difference to your libido and enjoyment of sex?

Marrena, I've read your story with interest and was wondering how long it took you to get where you are? Did things continue to improve over time, ordid you reach a certain level and then stay there?

I encourage you to stick with it. I try not to be falsely encouraging--my experience with women trying the diet is that some women do not notice any change the first month at being at the full dose, and those women do not respond even if they continue. However, those women who do respond in the first month, even if the response isn't all that dramatic, do find over time that response improves in a cumulative way.

On the other hand, there have been some recent posters here who got an initial response and then were back to where they were before, which took me by surprise. So now I'm a little unsure. But I think with you continuing to enjoy the initial improvement, you should stick with it and it should improve.

Thanks for the quick reply. I definitely plan to stick with it anyway, I'm enjoying the way of eating and know the fish oil is doing me good. Hopefully things will continue to improve.
