I've read about your diet in a few different places and have just ordered the book online. I'm really looking forward to trying the diet and hoping desperately it will make a difference. My libido has gradually diminished since my mid-20s (I'm 31 now) and I rarely feel like sex and don't often enjoy it, so I'm pretty fed up! I'm inspired by all the women who have said it works though, so hopefully it will work for me too. I didn't want to wait until the book arrived to order the fish oil, so I've just bought some online, but I was wondering if you could advise me on how much to take? I've worked out from reading various posts that I'll need about 1700mg EPA and 1400mg DHA daily, as I weigh 122lb (currently trying to get down to about 115lb though). However, the oils I've bought only allow me to take less or more than this amount. The MorEPA caps I've bought each contain 580mg EPA and 54mg DHA, and the MorDHA caps each contain 88mg EPA and 445mg DHA. If I take 2 of each daily I'll get 1268mg EPA and 1066mg DHA, and if I take 3 of each daily I'll get 1902mg EPA and 1599mg DHA. Would it be better to take more than you recommend for my weight, or can I get away with taking less? The oils aren't cheap so I'd prefer it if I could just take 2 of each daily but obviously I want to do things properly. By the way, I understand if you tell me to wait for the book, I've seen that some people have been asking you to recommend a dose for them so they don't have to buy the book. I'm just impatient and trying to plan ahead! |

No, you've already done the math for me. I appreciate it! That's a legit question. This is complicated, but I'd alternate--3 MorEPA and 2 MorDHA one day, then 2 MorEPA and 3 MorDHA the next day (if you can, work the extra MorDHA on sex days).
