I am a big time lurker. I guess it's time to share my diet response. I'm 48 years old. Married to my best friend for 29 years and after all those years of marriage, we are acting like newlyweds! Sex 5-6 times per week, sometimes twice per day!

I began the diet about 4-5 months ago. It took about a month to notice anything different but when I did, it came on all at once. I am horny all the time. I think about sex constantly. I am still not having the mind-blowing orgasms that I want and need though. During intercourse something really good happens (multiple times) but it's not the contracting/pulsing kind of orgasm that I get with a vibrator. Most of the time I don't get the sated feeling that I think I should. We are going to try the "finger" technique that someone mentioned in the Sex Tips section. I use my Gyneflex only about twice per week. It's just so hard to find time to just lie down and squeeze, ya know!

My hair and skin are oily and my joints are not creaking and groaning like they used to be. I am still very constipated though, the fish oil is not helping with that aspect.

Overall, my husband and I are thrilled with the response. I keep striving for more though. There are times, that I am literally crawling out of my skin because I'm so horny that I can't stand it. Many times it's at the most inappropriate times. My honey is always ready to jump in and help me out when the time is right though Wink

So, there you have it. I guess I'm a success story. Someday though I still want the vaginal orgasms and maybe even ejaculation. We'll just keep pushing on!!

That is so wonderful! I am very happy for you, and thank you for posting, I think it will encourage other women to try the diet.

From what you describe you are very close to being fully vaginally orgasmic. Vaginal orgasms feel different from clitoral orgasms, and one will not sate the other. Vaginal orgasms are less intense but more full-body. All you need to do is give your body time to get there, and get the muscles as strong as you can. Everything else you are doing right.

Gaining G-spot orgasmic ability may help with gaining cul de sac vaginal orgasmic ability, so I definitely encourage G-spot experimentation!

Oh, and if you are taking the iron, try taking a vacation from it and see if your libido drops, because of course taking iron can cause constipation.

I forgot to tell you that I didn't have my first orgasm until I was 32 years old. This is huge for me to be so orgasmic!
