I think I may have taken too much fish oil today. I just took my dose a few minutes ago but can't remember if I took any this morning. Do you think I'll be okay? |

Oh yes, once in a while going over the limit is fine. If you are worried you can just skip the fish oil the next day.
Just don't go over the limit day after day. |
