I'm already on a diet that is working very well for me in terms of losing weight. I have not bought your book yet because I'm wondering if it is the diet that helps achieve clitoral orgasms more quickly and vaginal orgasms in general. Is it a combination of the diet and exercises or could I benefit by just adding some more important elements of your diet to mine while also doing the exercises?

Pretty much any diet you are on will work well with my diet, except for low-fat high-carb diets like the Pritikin diet. Vegans also have difficulty.

But my diet works well with the Zone Diet, the Atkins Diet, the South Beach Diet--really it's not so much how much you eat, just balancing, and avoiding certain foods and certain fats that interfere with libido.

Actually the food part of my diet has the least effect; more important are the supplements I recommend, particularly fish oil.

I supplement fish oil presently although I haven't lately because I got my gall bladder removed. I'm very interested in checking out your book. I am on a low carb diet now and it works very well for me but I always eat healthily regardless. Thank you.
