I am a 26 year old female from Louisiana. My husband and I have been married for almost 4 years but have been together for almost 8 years. When we started dating, I had a desire for sex/a good libido. For the past several years, I have had little to no sex drive. It's driving me crazy but most of all its driving my husband crazy almost to the point to where he may want a divorce. I'm honestly not sure. I have seen my doctors and they tell me to have more sex or drink a little wine or something to relax. I have tried that and it doesn't work. Every time my husband and I have sex it hurts me because I guess it has been so long in between. I bought your book and am in the process of reading it. Do you think that the diet will help boost my libido a good bit. I'm at my wit's end and don't know what else to do. Thank you.

If I were you, I would immediately get him a Fleshlight, either the Wonder Wave or Speed Bump (or both). Use it on him at least twice a week. Warm it up with hot water and use plenty of water-based lube. That will at least help in the short term.

Yes, my diet should certainly help you, at least your libido. But it doesn't help painful sex. Sex shouldn't hurt. If he is giving you an orgasm before attempting penetration and you are fully lubricated (and/or using lube), and it still hurts, then I think something might be wrong and you might want to see a specialist. I am assuming it didn't used to hurt you to have sex with him, so either the pain is because you are not fully aroused, or something needs healing.

Also, I've got to say that my diet does do what it promises. It does increase libido for most women. If it's the case that you might have lost interest in your husband, the diet is going to make the situation worse, because you will have high libido, but only for other men, men you are attracted to. Sorry to be so blunt, but it doesn't sound like you've had the chance to experience

oh never mind, I should stick with physiology!
