I'm starting on my journey to better sexual response, health, etc so I'm jumping into the Zane Orgasmic Diet ring. Smiler I'm single, 39 yrs old, never been married or ever had children. I'm not with anyone at the moment but I figure it never hurts to improve myself.

I am not on any medications of any kind. The last time my blood pressure was checked it was low enough the nurse complemented me on it. Smiler

Currently I weigh 150 lbs - give or take a few pounds depending on my cycle. I exercise daily cause I'm 5'3" and that is way too much weight for my little frame. So far I've lost 26 lbs. and hope to keep it up with the cardio and simple weight lifting routine I have going. I'm telling all this because I have no idea if it will make a difference for answers to any of my questions.

I'm taking Life Extension's (I'm a member) fish oil capsules - 2 capsules = 720 mg EPA/ 400 mg DHA.

I'm also taking LEF's 500 mg magnesium capsules and their 30 mg Zinc tablets.

LEF's multivitamin.

I drink mostly water throughout the day although sometimes I break down and drink a caffeine free diet coke. I don't smoke. I seldom if ever drink - usually just on social occasions.

I eat mostly fish - approximately once a day - salmon or canned tuna (in water) in the hopes of getting the A) protein boost and B) a little extra Omega 3 fats. Other than that I really don't eat much animal flesh. I've stopped eating soy and tempeh.

Seldom eat anything like cheese or condiments like mayo. I also like milk (skim) and drink approximately 2 cups a day. Don't know if that's too much for my small frame but if it is I'll cut back.

I also try to eat lotsa veggies and to a lesser extent fruits like blueberries, strawberries, bananas and oranges. Sometimes at night I'll eat a tiny cup of low cal/low sugar yogurt (80 cals).

Occasionally I'll eat a small handful of nuts like sunflower seeds, peanuts or cashews.

I also try to avoid cooking anything in oil if possible - usually preferring steaming, microwaving or baking. If I had a grill I'd use that but alas I don't. Frowner

I'm trying to stick to around 1200 calories per day but I don't know if that's too much or not.

I haven't gotten any chocolate yet for the diet but will try to get that the next time I go to the grocery store.

I seldom eat out cause A) it's hard to eat much that's healthy unless you want to eat salads all the time and B) I don't make a lot of money and it's easier and cheaper to just eat at home.

I first bought the medium Gyneflex following their website charts but was disappointed to discover my PC muscles are so weak I can't close them. I went back today and bought the light version. Frowner

Now that I've given a rundown of my situation I have a few questions.

1) How many fish oil caps should someone my height/weight take daily? Should they be taken all at once in the morning or interspersed throughout the day or does it not matter?

2) Can eating one large orange substitute for drinking a glass of orange juice for vitamin C purposes?

3) Am I eating enough protein?

4) What is the general opinion of something like ben wa balls for providing additional resistance training when I'm out walking (they would not take the place of the Gyneflex - just wondering about their usefulness as an added routine).

5) I can achieve clitoral orgasms easily with my hands. I've never in my life owned a vibrator or any other sex toy until a few months ago. I own a cheapo plastic 5" vibrator. It's not bad - certainly a different sensation than my fingers. I don't use it much however as I've noticed if used for too long I get a strange numbed out feeling and my clit gets desensitized. Have never had a vaginal orgasm and now suspect it may be due to my weak PC muscles - something I really really want to correct. I'm hoping Gyneflex can help out here.

If you are eating that much fish every day you certainly shouldn't increase your fish oil intake. Right now you are taking about half the amount of fish oil I recommend, but most people don't actually eat fish every day. Be careful with that, particularly mercury.

Very good on cutting out the soy.

I am assuming on the diet you are on, as long as you are getting enough good fats, that your libido is already pretty good? Just curious.

If so, I think that all you really need to get vaginal orgasmic ability is very strong PC muscles. The typical woman can flex but not close level #3 of the Gyneflex. If you work your way up to being able to close #4 I think you will notice a big increase in vaginal sensitivity.

Ben wa balls are good for developing coordination. But ben wa balls at least true ben wa balls are too tiny and light to offer resistance. If you want to experiment, meditation chime balls used for hand relaxation can be used for this purpose, as can smallish decorative stone eggs. Still, the most effective way to put on muscle is through flexing resistance, either the Gyneflex or Kegelmaster 2000.

I've been crying off and on since I quit talking to him. Another friend (a ladyfriend) says he's wrong. I've been clinging to her words like a drowned man on a rock. But I'm very scared anyway what he said is true. I can't get his words out of my head. He knows his stuff when it comes to weight training for other muscles. I'm scared it may be true for vaginal muscles as well.

I am pissed. I am being misquoted. Having trouble closing the easy levels, that would indicate a need for muscle development, usually due to the stresses of a recent pregnancy or old age. But the medium level of the Gyneflex is medium for a reason--because most women are at that level. If a woman can flex to close the medium Gyneflex, particularly the stronger of the two, she has very superior tone. And if she can close level #5 she should be issued a re-virgin certificate. Smiler I myself can't close level #6.

I got the Light Gyneflex yesterday. I guess I'm going back to the Medium gauge since I have no difficulty at all closing #1 and #2 Light gauge.

I have come out fighting on that other website, laid down the law to those men. If it's any consolation, if it's the website I think it is, the man probably has some size insecurities of his own.

Anyhow, do the exercises for fun. Vaginal orgasms are fun, and for that matter, so are the extra credit things like getting strong and coordinated enough to stroke a man off with your muscles.

The Gyneflex really does have a huge range; you have to squeeze hard to close the #6 with your hand.

I've got a set of those, and they are mighty fun to use, for a woman who is easily G-spot orgasmic. I frequently will, not sure of the verb, wear, sport, pack? a set of those as I go about my daily life.

However, they are not mobile enough to truly develop coordination, you need something that moves freely. The goal is to move whatever you are using up and down in the vagina (or wherever and however you want it moved). For the truly advanced, you can try this with true ben wa balls, which are tiny golden metal balls, but to get started it's better to use something bigger.

You don't really need both the egg and the meditation balls, they both do about the same thing.

I've been using the #3 Gyneflex everyday for the past 2 weeks. Just to see if there was any change I switched to the number #4 briefly. When I first got it I couldn't budge it one bit. Today I was able to flex it! Not much granted but I definitely felt it move! That made me so happy I spent the next 35 minutes practicing with the #3 again. It's tiresome but there's nothing quite like success to spur me on. I hope someday to be so tight I'll close #6 and be able to stroke a man off as you say a woman can. I'm working out the rest of my body. Don't see why vaginal muscles can't be added to my daily routine too.

Oh..and I'm not upset anymore. He didn't mean to hurt my feelings and seemed genuinely surprised I got upset. He doesn't enjoy hurting anyone. I think now maybe he was just musing on it. Congratulations on your quick progress! Of course the question I'm curious about; are you feeling more pleasurable vaginal sensation?

Just like any weight-training, over-exercising is counterproductive. Don't strain the muscles and take a day off between sets. Reading erotica makes the workout time go by faster.

Do you see this guy face to face, or online? I only ask because I am finding it difficult to envision how one gets into a casual conversation about their own vagina with some they like but haven't slept with. It is even more difficult however, to think a man could not understand that telling a woman she has a 'big' vagina is as deflating a comment as telling a man he has a small penis! If it were ever to come up again in conversation, I'd say something along the lines of "Oh yeah, and I bet you've got a tiny d*** too, bucko." Perhaps you can enjoy a wide range of men that many women would find, umm, intimidating. And you're working hard on the tone, so no man would ever be dissapointed in your bedroom. Well he truly was surprised. My reaction caught him off guard. I know him well enough now to know that had he known I'd react the way I did he never would've said a thing. FYI - my next comment is to all the lurkers.

I can understand wanting to lash out when a guy says something hurtful - especially when he's made it clear he's trying to hurt you - but I actually strongly not recommend sniping on penis size. Seriously. You could reap a whirlwind of pain in return if you do. Women can get upset about big, loose pussies but we can actually go on to improve them seemingly easily. Men don't have that option.

Haven't noticed any differences yet. I still can't close #3 completely though I can close it further now than when I began.

I bought the meditation chime balls you linked to - they were significantly cheaper than the stone egg. When do you recommend I start using them? Can I go ahead now or should I wait until I can close #4 or #5?

And you're right about the overtraining. As hard as it is to refrain from it I'll start doing Gyneflex every other day. I hope that will lead to faster improvements.
