I know you have touched upon this in previous posts and your book, but I wondered if you might go into further detail on the topic of vaginal orgasms.

Are vaginal orgasms possible to achieve if you are young--in your teens or twenties--or this ability exclusive to older women only? I'm curious what factors influence this, and why age might be implicated in different kinds of orgasms.

I'm not in any rush to experience this, since I've not yet had even a clitoral orgasm--just curious about the phenomena.
