Hi Marenna, I been on the diet for two weeks now and it seems to be working. I was reading about fish oil and it said don't go over 3 grams of fish oil a day. How many millagrams is in a gram? I'm taking 1,300 mg of EPA and 980 of DHA. That shouldn't cause any problems should it? I'm in good health as far as I know. Thanks!
Glad to hear that it's working for you! A gram is a thousand milligrams, so you are fine with that. For a small person, the dosages you are taking are what I recommend.
People who are closer to the two-hundred-pound mark can generally safely take over three grams of fish oil. Of course one has to be careful of drug interactions and medical conditions.
