I am so happy with this diet I can't even tell you what a difference it has already made. I have always felt that my hormone levels impacted my ability and frequency to orgasm. I just couldn't find anything to substantiate it. I read about your book in Self and bought it. The diet has given me an overall feeling of happiness (I have always been very easily agitated and very quick tempered.) I truly experience a difference when I eat sugar...definitely an orgasm buster! Frequency of vaginal orgasm has increased and they seem to be more intense. I just got the GyneFlex and have used it twice. The first time I used level 3, seemed easy enough. Second time switched to level 4 and it only moved a little. Should I go back to 3 or stick with 4? When should I hope to achieve vaginal orgasms!?!? I have never been so optimistic!!

Thanks for the feedback! I'm confused though, you said you are already having vaginal orgasms, but you want to know how strong the muscles need to be for vaginal orgasms? A good rule of thumb is if you can shut #4 you can probably have a vaginal orgasm, if your hormones and neurotransmitters are humming right. It might take an awakening period to reach this, but at that level there should be a body readiness.

If you can close #3 more than halfway, you can probably switch up to #4.

Have you also noticed an increase in libido?

Sorry, Marrena, no vaginal orgasms here...I meant clitoral.

Yes, I have definitely noticed an increase in libido. I used to follow the pattern you describe in your book...higher libido at certain times of the month...now it seems I feel like that all the time!!

What do you mean by awakening?

Again, I knew my hormones were an issue. I just didn't know what to do different. I hope that you get the recognition you deserve. I know there are millions of women suffering right now and just assume they aren't sexual people. I believe we all are, given the opportunity.

Thanks so much!

On the one hand I'm kind of relieved that my year of publicity is over--it's been crazy (and more than a little awkward). But on the other hand, as you say so many women don't know how simple a thing it is to fix, and I wish I could just tell everyone. I don't know what I can do anymore, my publisher is done with publicity now so it really has to be word of mouth I guess, and I'm doing my best on the Internet.

Tell all your friends about the book! Big Grin

As for the awakening for vaginal orgasms, it's sort of like going through puberty. First you feel increased sensation, then you feel REALLY increased sensation, and then there is a desire to feel that sensation, and finally it happens. It helps to be in a relaxed mood to feel it, although the diet helps with the relaxation of course.

The first vaginal orgasms are mere flutters, almost nothing, but over time they get stronger and easier.
