Yes, that pic is recent. I was fiddling with my camera yesterday evening and got a pic of myself I didn't hate so I decided to post it. Why, I don't really know. One of my very rare impulsive actions. It's mostly a bunch of kids over there who I'm sure don't want to look at an "old" woman. LOL!

I wasn't there but I would imagine he just shook his junk. If you go to a taping, you could ask for a lesson. He just may give you one.

I'd like to see a photo of someone who has the "symptoms" of being on the diet. You speak of glowing skin and dewy eyes, but I'm not sure I know what you mean by this. Michele, can you post a link to your photo Merrena mentioned so I can see what you mean when you say someone looks like they're on this diet?
