Hi, I have been on the diet for the last week and already feel more open to sex and pleasing my partner. However, I started the diet due to losing sensitivity in my clitoros and although orgasmed twice fairly quickly a couple of days ago, I'm wondering whether my partner and I should hold back so I can follow the steps you set out for increasing sensitivity again. Please advise.
Thanks |

My advice for increasing sensitivity was for women who had difficulty orgasming during sex, particularly from vibrator overuse during masturbation. If you are already having orgasms during sex, by all means, continue!
I would listen to your body, though. I think it's similar for men, if your clitoris easily gets erect from minimal touch, then it's ready for an orgasm. If you have to beat it up to get any sort of response, it's too soon. Women generally do have a lower capacity for clitoral orgasms than men do for their orgasms. That's partly why I push so hard on developing vaginal orgasmic ability, because there women are basically inexhaustible. Many women who have difficulty reaching clitoral orgasm, even after being on the diet, find that staying hydrated helps, particularly when getting enough electrolytes. If you have low blood pressure, and many women with clitoral orgasm difficulty do, it's okay for you to have salt in your diet, and may help things. Just don't go overboard, and keep an eye on your blood pressure. |
