There is a chapter for women who have never had an orgasm, but no, the book is mainly geared to women in your situation. I have techniques in it both to make it easier to have a clitoral orgasm with a partner and also to gain the ability to have vaginal orgasms from penetration.

I want to earn the advertising! Try yourself first and if you get a good response, THEN tell your friends. The diet works well and it works fast (I generally say a month at the full dose of fish oil, so six weeks in all). And it doesn't work for every woman--I'd say about one out of four or five doesn't see a change.

I have the same problem as Inacen first commented on. I am a very healthy person and I currently eat very low carb. I am overweight and this is because I have a hypoactive thyroid that I just found out about a year ago. I also have PCOS and commented on that forum already. I have no problem with libido and I can also give myself a clitoral orgasm. My boyfriend has given me one clitoral orgasm but it took forever and I have yet to have one during sex. We have a great sex life but I feel upset afterwards because I want to experience more from it. I am not that overweight but I carry my weight in my stomach and although I portray confidence I am actually very self conscious. I assumed this also had something to do with my inability to orgasm during sex.
Can you help? I can lose weight on my own and will eventually be over that but orgasming during sex is very important to me. I think my weight causes me to be distracted during sex because I think about how I look. Is it possible that psychological issues can damper a persons ability to have an orgasm during sex along with a lack of... the ability to do so? Thank you.

Almost no women can have clitoral orgasms during intercourse. Our bodies are not made that way. Women have clitoral orgasms through foreplay, either oral or manual stimulation of the clitoris.
My book goes into greater detail about this. There are techniques for more easily having clitoral orgasms with a partner. Once you become very comfortable having easy clitoral orgasms with a partner, you can try for them during intercourse either by you or your partner manually stimulating your clitoris during the act.
Some women who do my whole diet over time gain the ability to have vaginal orgasms, which of course are very easy to have during regular intercourse. But even if you don't reach this level, my diet should help you have clitoral orgasms easier and faster due to the improved circulation and higher libido.
And of course a woman can have psychological barriers to having clitoral orgasms, but I'm not really the person to talk to about that. Lots of books have been written about women's sexuality and body perception.
On the other hand, I'm quite fat and have found that if a woman's libido is high enough, she won't care at all about her physical attractiveness when it comes to having orgasms.

Thank you. I am looking into your book and others. I'm still very young and it is hard to find people to talk to about these issues.
