Hiya, I've just recently purchased your book and just wanted to ask a few questions. I'm 21 and a student in the uk. i've been with my boyfriend for 3 and half years. I can have clitoral orgasms fine but i've never been able to have vaginal ones. I've been really down for the last couple of months and not really interested in sex, I don't think i have a high libido as well. I'm on the birth control pill and your book suggests to change the type of pill you're taking. I was wondering how important this is? I'm reluctant to change the one i'm on because it works for me and sometimes when you change it it can be less effective, protection wise. Also do you have to take fish oil capsules? What about taking it in liquid form, which tends to have more DHA and EPA per serving.
Thank you ps I think your book is wonderful by the way. Well written, easy to read and engaging. I looking forward to see what effects it has on me( as well as boyfriend |

Try the diet first, and if after six weeks you have no response, then think about the hormonal birth control. Lots of women do respond well, even while on the Pill.
Liquid fish oil is fine; that's what I take myself. |
