Just thought you may be interested to know that my last two cycles have been 32 days and 28 days, respectively, compared with 21-24 days for at least a year before (possibly longer).

The longer cycles have coincided with me upping my dosage of fish oil to the correct level. I used to be spot on 27-28 days and then my cycles suddenly became really short. I use Persona, that's how I always know what's going on.

Interesting. I know the diet does regularize hormones.
