I ordered my book from Amazon and it will be here on Monday! For the past few months I have been looking for ways to increase my desire and orgasms and came across your book. I felt like I hit the motherload as I came across positive testimonials on the internet. I will be starting the diet on Tuesday (after reading it on Monday). UPS delivers late evening to my house, and I want to have the fish pills ready to go on Tuesday. What brands do you reccomend? I want to get them this weekend so that I am ready to go after reading your book.
GNC has in inexpensive quality concentrated fish oil. I think it's called Double Strength Fish Body Oil. Check the label--a good fish oil brand will have EPA+DHA >500 mg per one one-gram capsule. Be careful, sometimes the serving size is two capsules.
Thanks for the quick reply Marrena. I will check GNC out this weekend, plus a new vitaman store that opened recently. I do hate to take pills so I will make sure the serving size is only one capsule. I can't wait to get started on the journey! I will be sure to share my story here.
By the way, you can also get fish oil in liquid form. If it's concentrated, it's not all that bad. Zone Labs sells a liquid fish oil (I personally take that and Carlson's Super-DHA, because I take so much fish oil).
My book came last night! I haven't had a chance to get all of the supplements yet because of a stomach virus that is hitting my three kids one by one. My nine year old is home with me now, but I think he is well enough to drag to the vitamin store .
My question today is how much fish oil should I take? I am 5'7" and weigh 185. Should I go for the amount in the book for the 170 pound woman? Thanks so much for making yourself availble to answer all of our questions!
Thanks Marrena. I will do that. I bought the Minami brands MorEPA and MorDHA so by the time I finish combining the two I will be going over the amounts a little. Is it better to go over or stay under a little. Also, the calcum, magnesium, zinc supplement I bought also has vitamin D in it. Is that okay? Excited to be starting tomorrow.
Vitamin D is fine. Try a little over first, and then if you respond, you can try the lower dose and see if you get the same results. Don't go too far over though!
