you recommend a multi vitamin. and then say a woman should take the RDA of cal. mag. and zinc. if the multi supplies the RDA of zinc, then i shouldn't have to take a seperate one, right? from what i already take, it looks like i'm lacking the magnesium and DHA.
i'm anxious to read the book. our 4 (major names) bookstores do not have it. so will have to order it.
Go ahead and take double the RDA of zinc, as long as you don't have any medical conditions where that would be a problem. It's good to take calcium/magnesium/zinc in proportion because they interfere with each other.
Yes, I think I've sort of sold out my hardcover run--which is a good thing! I'm not sure how many bookstores are picking up the paperback.
