hey Zane Smiler I finally joined!

I wanted to ask you if the high level of fish oil can cause pimples? I'd started taking the fish oil again and after about 2 weeks my face started breaking out. and out. and out Smiler

I quit taking the fish oil and it cleared up. I'm waaaaay past puberty!

OH DUH - I see the post on down the list. I shoulda read further.......

Yes, the fish oil can cause breakouts. Avoid starchy or sugary foods and obviously keep your face washed. It's those teenaged hormones.
