Hello Zaneblue,
Thanks so much for sharing your findings with us all in your book. I have ordered your book and can't wait to try it. I have never been able to orgasm during sex with a partner which I always thought was due to uncaring partners. But my current partner is the best most lovely boy in the world, he tries so hard to make me happy and is crushed every time when "he can't please me". I don't understand why nothing works, i love him very much and am very attracted to him, and I can reach orgasm through masturbation myself and we have very good communication. We have been together for almost a year, and all I want to do is be satisfied so he can be happy. I've been so sick of searching on the internet for help and only finding what appears to be scams which I don't feel I can trust. However, reading the posts here and researching your book it gives me optimism which I haven't had before. Thanks very much in anticipation. I will post again when I have started the program! |

If your libido is already high, you may benefit more from the chapter in the book on clitoral orgasms. The diet will increase libido greatly and make clitoral orgasms somewhat easier, but it's really more for developing vaginal orgasmic ability.
I am very interested to know how it goes with you, please let me know what you think about that chapter and the book. And do try the suggestions, a number of women in your same situation have been able to achieve orgasm with a partner after following the techniques I outline in the book. |

I look forward to trying those techniques! My book hasn't arrived yet but I have started taking the supplements and even after less than a week I feel alot happier, awake, I can concentrate more. I am not on the full amount of fish oil yet, but i found a very good brand in Australia that has a range of different ratios of EPA to DHA and (the best thing) they are vanilla flavoured (yummy) and are made to reduce indigestion. I haven't noticed any burping at all. Yay!
Also I have been reading alot of the other posts people have been making on this board and others and I found one about the Vegetarian diet and soy. This makes total sense to me! I was a vegetarian for 7 years only starting to eat meat recently, and I am mildly lactose intolerant so I drink soy all the time. Incidentally I started eating meat again because I started to feel the vegetarian diet was making me rather unhealthy(sick/underweight/tired). I guess this probably has influenced my libido too. All these revelations... |

Thank you for the feedback! Let me know if you feel a libido increase too. Of course having a very high libido makes clitoral orgasms easier. But definitely try the techniques in the book, stay hydrated, and if your blood pressure is low, don't be afraid of salt.

Hello again.
I thought I'd just check in. I've been on the full amount of fish oil for a week and also am now taking the vitamins and roughly following the diet. I feel very good and healthy and happy for one thing! And my usually very poor circulation has gotten alot better. At this stage my libido feels about the same, however when I am feeling it my body reacts alot quicker. Normally it would take a long time with lots of stimulation and lots of concentration to "get into it". Anyway, it's only one week so far! |

That's a frequent first reaction. Thanks for the feedback! Keep me posted on how it goes, and let me know if you try the techniques for achieving clitoral orgasm with a partner.

Hello again, I haven't written for awhile but I've been reading the other posts, it's interesting to hear about other peoples progress!
So it's been working quite well, I've even started taking a bit less fish oil as I eat fish a couple of times a week anyway and it seems to have the same effect. I have been trying the techniques you suggested for having clitoral orgasms with my bf and its working well. But for some reason I don't seem to be ale to have one with him inside me. It seems to get very close but the contractions don't happen. I wonder if my pc muscles could be weak enough to not be able to contract properly. Or I can't feel it. I must admit i've not had a lot of time to concentrate on using the gyneflex. I saw the post from alabamafizz about having the "kegel burnouts". I also seem to have trouble feeling the muscles flex at all during sex with my bf. I was thinking maybe of getting ben wa balls or something that i can wear while sitting at work.... |

I think the gyneflex will give you the best workout, to be honest. You can do it while watching TV. Of course there are also vaginal weights you can use, but the danger is they might fall out while you are walking around.
There is a product that was made for something else, but in a pinch can also act as a workout device during the day. It's a hippie thing, to be more environmentally conscious. It's called a Keeper. Basically it's a little rubber cup that you keep inside during your period, and it collects the menstrual blood. You only have to take it out two or three times a day to empty it. Usually the first day I also wear a pantyliner, just in case, but it does work remarkably well. http://www.mooncupsandkeepers.com/ The secondary use is that there is enough flexible resistance in the material that one can flex during the day while it is in and exercise the muscles that way. Although not good to do on the very first day of the period when the flow is heavy. Not for the squeamish! By the way, I can't seem to have clitoral orgasms during penetration either. At least in my case, the stimulation for vaginal orgasm seems to work against the stimulation for clitoral orgasm. Men also frequently have this, for example not being able to have an erection during prostate orgasms. If you are able to have a clitoral orgasm during foreplay without having to use a vibrator, I think that is excellent progress! If you want to gain vaginal orgasmic ability too, which I highly recommend, there's really nothing for it but to exercise the muscles. Be patient with yourself too. It is lots of fun to be able to have sex during penetration. |

Oh, this is interesting! I've never heard of a 'Keeper' before; Thanks Marrena! I'll have to look into this.

I've never heard of menstrual cups before either. Gee, why didn't anyone tell us about these years ago? I've ordered a Moon Cup and can't wait to give it a try. I hate tampons and pads. Thanks for telling us Marrena!

There's also the Diva cup. www.divacup.com It's slightly cheaper than the keeper/moon cup. Not sure how much shipping is, though.

Okay girls. Just wanted to say that I bought a Mooncup and it is wonderful! I had a few problems at first but it's going well now. It really is better than tampons!! Give it a try, I think you'll like it!!
