Thank you Marrena for writing your book. Quite simply it gives me hope.
I have a couple of questions. I only weigh 92lbs and am 5ft 3/ This weight is quite normal for me and does not fluctuate. I have pro rated the fish oil amounts you suggest in the book and come up with approximately 1100mg EPA and 900mg DHA as suitable amounts for me. Would you agree with that? I have IBS and am a little concerned as to effect the fish oil may have on my already over regular "regularity"! Any information on this? Never having had children I was able to start on Gyneflex 4 but while I can flex that fine, I dont seem to be able to do it so well or feel so much with a penis in there. Is it a case of just keep on exercising? I am very pleased that someone has addressed the problem of clitoral insensitivity at last! I spent a LONG time searching the net before I came across your site. |

Yes, that's a good amount for EPA and DHA. I should have put a lower range in my book!
Get concentrated, high-quality fish oil and work up very gradually to the full dose, taking with food. Oddly enough, even though fish oil keeps a person very regular, it helps with IBS http://www.oilofpisces.com/inflammatoryboweldisease.html If you can close the Gyneflex #4, you should move onto the higher level. Although if you can close #4, that's really all the tone you need to have vaginal orgasms--it's a case of practice and letting your body learn what feels good over time. |
