I noticed at Amazon.com you have a book coming out in January, same title, different cover. Is it a new book/new information, or is it just the paperback version of the original book?
By the way, I can say that after 9 days on the diet, although I didn't notice libido change, I did notice significant mood change and I bet it's due to the fish oil. For the past 10 years, while not depressed, I usually had some low mood and some negativity I found hard to control, even if it were for just part of the day. I'm on day 17 now and I can say from day 9-17 I have felt this better mood. Negativity doesn't even touch me. I feel happy and optimistic in general. I really think it was a biological thing. 10 years reading books about positive thinking wasn't able to create the shift that 10 days on fish oil has. I'm sure the libido will follow. I used to have a high libido except since I had a kid 4 years ago. I'm 40. (By the way, my fish oil is Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega. (I think it's important to look for fish oil that makes a point of being free of pcbs, toxins etc. Depends where the fish is caught and the purification process.) Two capsules of Ultimate Omega have 650mg EPA and 450mg DHA. I take 6 per day at 5'4'' at 140lbs. I notice on their label it says "supports healthy mood" among other things. |

The book in January is the paperback version of my book. I also have a British version and soon a Polish version!
Yes, fish oil does improve mood. In fact, I think the general depressed mood of the American populace is to some extent caused by omega-3 fatty acid malnutrition. Let me know how it goes with libido! |
