I have been taking 6 Carlson's Fish Oil every day for a month now...as well as the Cal/Mag/Zinc recommended...I'm 5'6" and 155 lbs...I noticed some difference after the 2nd week, but since then I really haven't noticed anything...should I up my fish oil? Thanks!
Women are cyclical. A woman's libido follows her menstrual cycle. If you did notice an improvement in libido, stick with it and over time it will get stronger. Typically women feel highest libido before and during ovulation and the day before their period starts (and the first day of their period). Those peaks should get higher, and the lulls between the peaks should improve too.
