Recently, I thought I had been ejaculating, then I thought it was just pee. Then the other day, as an experiment, I went to the toilet right before I started masturbating. Within about 5 mins of prolonged G-spot stimulation I started to get an urge to pee. I stopped the stimulation, and the feeling went away completly.
When I continued again, it came back and became very strong. Before, I'd allways pushed the liquid out, and it allways felt forced, like it felt false almost. Recently however, it's like I can't help it, I get that strong urge to pee whenever I stimulate my g-spot, whether I'm trying to ejaculate or not. It feels different, - like the urge to pee is coming from a little ball localised in my g-spot area, rather than my whole bladder. Then I relaxed, and it squirted about and inch or two before gushing out the rest.
I felt no pleasure when it came out, it was just a release and the orgasm followed later. One of the tissues I soaked was very faintly yellow in colour. I'm so confused considering I had just urinated earlier, and I'm on level 6 of the gyneflex so I have very strong muscles. But then again isn't ejaculate clear in colour, and at the same time as an orgasm? Am I ejacuating or not?!!!!!
If you aren't feeling an orgasm when it comes out, then you are not ejaculating.
However, women do not have the valve that shuts off the bladder at orgasm that men do. So when a woman ejaculates, urine can come out at the same time. The bladder generally will empty during ejaculation or right afterwards. The characteristic thing is that it shoots out, like a man ejaculating, although more of a stream than gobs, with the different consistency of the fluid.
What you describe "squirted about an inch or two" does sound very much like female ejaculation, but if it wasn't pleasurable then it might have been simply an automatic reaction.
Although I know some times in the past before I was on my diet, with a vibrator I could force my body to have an orgasm even if I was not aroused or thinking sexual thoughts, and it felt very mechanical and automatic. I think maybe bathtub experimentation is in order, trying it while thinking sexual thoughts, see what happens.
I can female ejaculate without an orgasm, this is totally normal. Deborah Sundahl writes about it in her book "Female Ejaculation and the G-Spot" - in fact, in her workshops on the subject she teaches women to ejaculate first and then they learn to combine that with an orgasm. The g-spot is the female prostate, what's coming out is prostatic fluid, and you can "milk" it just like you can milk a man's prostate, he doesn't need an orgasm to do this. Confusion in terms! When I think of "ejaculation" in a man or woman, I think of an automatic orgasmic expulsion of semen or Skene's gland fluid. I don't think I'd call milking the prostate ejaculation either. I hadn't really thought about the female version of milking the prostate, but what you say makes great sense! I always like to learn new things, thank you.
Definitely read Deborah's book, I see that you get asked a lot about female ejaculation on the website. I know Deborah personally and have told her all about your diet. You two should probably meet at some point seeing as you're both pioneers in the field of female sexuality.

I will read her book, although I have read up quite a bit on the science of female ejaculation, have spoken with many women over the years about their experiences with ejaculation, and of course ejaculate myself.
My diet is a good groundwork for her work. I just set the foundation--it's women like her who do the hard work. Waking up the vagina for a vaginal orgasm, particularly ejaculation orgasms, is a process. I just make that process easier.
I was browsing the forum today, and I found this thread. I went to Deborah Sundahl's website, and it is interesting. She has several "how to" DVDs on female ejaculation, and some that you can buy online, download, and watch immediately. I decided to watch one. I think I picked one of the older ones. Its obviously from the glory days of the 90s based on the hair and clothes, which makes it a little comical. Other than the cheesiness, they talk about the importance of strong PC muscles, and even how to strengthen them. Same kind of stuff covered in Marrena's book. The video shows four women masturbating and ejaculating... so if anyone out there wants to know exactly what it is like, then these videos will show you. Sort of like educational porn, I guess.
Its just amazing how long this kind of information (PC strength importance) has been around, and pathetic to know that main stream medicine continues to ignore it and tell us "its all in our heads."
I just purchased this book last week. I've read it but haven't actually "tried" it yet. According to what I've read, I should be completely capable of ejaculation. I think this book ties in well with Marrena's book.
