I had followed your suggestion about continuing to use the Gyneflex exercisers. I recently purchased the blue levels, and found that I had very intense vaginal sensations when the level# 6 after I seemed to close the level #5 with not much difficulty. This was my first try, and I noticed a similar experience when I tried level #4 the first time. I'm even questioning if I had some sort of vaginal orgasm. Both the pink #3 and blue # 5 seem to have a narrower angle of tension. The #4 pink and #6 are definitely more challenging, but they also seems to be more sexually stimulating. I find it very fatiguing to use the #4 for the entire twenty minutes (I try to do this twice a week, but it usually ends up once a week on average). I am thinking I should alternate the four levels or possibly just focus on #4 and #6. Any suggestions? I wanted to also write back because I was worried that I would have a harder time with things given the low free testosterone reading I had a few months ago (1.8), and wanted other women to know that I have been able to see positive results after following your diet and your recommendations about using the Gyneflex exercises. I will continue the exercises, but was wondering if the vaginal sensations I felt at the higher sensations had to do with strengthening the muscles or more to do with the fact that the muscles are tensing against a significant force, or perhaps both processes are interrelated. I had read somewhere that vaginal muscles have pressure-sensitive nerve endings so it would make sense that the more a woman can tense this muscle against a significant force, the more sensations she could then feel with sexual arousal. I am curious about your thoughts with the above, and wanted to thank you again for all your help. |

All levels of the Gyneflex should be the same size and shape, that's odd that your #5 is narrower than your #4 and #6. Your improved vaginal sensitivity is due to your stronger muscles. Of course it feels good to flex on something offering resistance. If you are able to easily close #5, you should concentrate more on doing what feels good than trying to get muscles of steel down there. You have sufficient tone to be able to be vaginally orgasmic. I would encourage you to exercise twice a week with the #6, but instead of concentrating on the muscle-building part of it, just let your body enjoy the sensations, and perhaps try to get into an erotic mood beforehand by reading or watching erotica. The arrowhead on the Gyneflex directly stimulates the G-spot, so it should feel good. It might be helpful to also stimulate your nipples and/or clitoris while flexing. You might also try taking most of your daily DHA an hour before workout, this will help improve sensation. |
