Is there an OK level of soy intake that won't affect libido? I am fine with nixing soy milk, and I can definitely live without tofu, but those protein bars & snacks are really handy on the go and help me pass on the candy bars and other starchy carbs. I do look for whey protein bars & snacks whenever possible, but I am wondering if one protein bar every day or every other day is going to seriously impact the effects of the Orgasmic diet. Thanks.
I do use whey protein bars, but some of my favorite flavors are soy protein based. Can I indulge once per day, or every other day, without consequence for libido, or do I really need to give up all soy protein snacks?
Easy enough to find out. Go for two months without any soy bars. Notice your libido level. Then after two months start eating a soy bar every day for a month and see what happens to your libido.
