Forgive me for needing so much clarification on the V-O subject...but, I know in one of these threads (can't find it now) that you talked about vaginal awakenings and that there is almost an ache that goes with it, only being cured by intercourse.

After intercourse recently, (which was incredible and with tons of pulsating) I felt like I was having menstrual cramps for about 5 minutes. Is that associated with the whole awakening thing?

The cramping feeling is usually a little lower down than menstrual cramps.

Those cramps can be ovulation. I get them some mild ones for a day or two sometimes. Plus I think the same muscles that are used for vaginal orgasm are the same that your body uses to get blood out during a period, so they are probably getting used to action!

Also, this might sound woo-hoo to you, but look at chakras. Sometimes a block in the lower ones, or an imbalance can cause cramps if activity there is increased. This happened to me before.
